Eligibility
- ICTC Counselor: Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development OR Diploma in Nursing with minimum 3 years experience in HIV/AIDS.
- ICTC Lab Technician: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a Government approved institution.
- Physiotherapist: Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) with minimum 2 years experience in a hospital.
- Therapeutic Assistant (Male/Female): Diploma in Nursing Therapist Course.
- OT Assistant: 3 Months Technician Course from a recognized institution.

Salary / Honorarium
- ICTC Counselor: Rs. 18,000/- per month
- ICTC Lab Technician: Rs. 13,000/- per month
- Physiotherapist: Rs. 13,000/- per month

- OT Assistant: Rs. 11,200/- per month
