- Fill out the application form carefully and attach self-attested copies of all required documents.
- Pay the application fee through Cheque/Demand Draft.
- Send the application through Ordinary Post to: The Chief General Manager, Heavy Vehicles Factory, Avadi, Chennai – 600 054, super-scribing the envelope with “Name of the Post Applied For” and “Post Bag No. 01”.
- Ensure the application reaches by 22 November 2025.
