Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Candidates meeting minimum qualifications will be shortlisted based on parameters decided by the Bank.
- Interview: Interview will carry 100 marks. Qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
- Merit List: Final merit list will be prepared based on interview scores. In case of a tie, older candidates will be ranked higher.
Pay Scale
- Annual CTC: Up to Rs. 50 Lakhs P.A. (Post-wise variation)
