- Download the Offline application form from the official site.
- Fill out the form carefully and attach required documents.
- Applicants can correct errors from 09 December 2025 to 02 January 2026 with a correction fee of Rs. 50 per error.
- No correction is allowed in the applicant’s name.
- Submit the filled application form to the designated MPPSC office.
