- Officers from Central Govt., Armed Forces, CPSEs, AIS / Group-A Services eligible.
- Should be holding analogous post OR 2 years in Level-13 OR 3 years in Level-12.

- Level-14 (₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200) as per 7th CPC
