- Knowledge of GEM, Assam Tenders, GFR, Assam Public Procurement Act 2017 & Rules 2020, CVC Guidelines.
- Experience in preparing bid documents, evaluation, procurement plans, reports.

- ₹30,000 – ₹1,10,000/- per month
- Grade Pay: ₹13,300/-
