- Flair for teaching and sound computer knowledge.
- Good communication skills in local language essential, fluency in English and Hindi desirable.
- Typing skills in Local Language essential; Hindi/English typing preferred.
- Previous experience as Faculty preferred.
- Resident of the same or nearby district preferred.
