- Lab Technician: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) – 2 years from a state government approved institution.
- Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.

Salary / Stipend
- Counselor: Consolidated pay of Rs. 18,000/- per month.
- Lab Technician: Consolidated pay of Rs. 13,000/- per month.
