- Professor: Ph.D., 10 years experience, 10 publications, research score 120
- Associate Professor: Ph.D., 8 years experience, 7 publications, research score 75
- Assistant Professor: Masters 55%, NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D.
- Research Associate: Masters 55% + NET/SLET/SET/Ph.D.

Special Requirements
- Law: LL.M + Ph.D.
- Education: M.Ed/M.A Education + B.Ed + Ph.D.
- Engineering: First Class in UG/PG.
- Pharmaceutical Science: B.Pharm + Registered Pharmacist + First Class M.Pharm.
Pay Scale
- Professor (Level 14): Rs. 1,44,200 – 2,18,200/-
- Associate Professor (Level 13A): Rs. 1,31,400 – 2,17,100/-
- Assistant Professor (Level 10): Rs. 57,700 – 1,82,400/-
- Research Associate: As per UGC norms
