- Dental A/T/H: Diploma Holder in Dental Hyg / Class-1 DH / DORA Course (Armed Forces).

- Download the application form from the official website.
- Fill in all required details carefully.
- Attach self-attested copies of educational and experience certificates.
- Submit the application in triplicate to OIC, Stn HQs (ECHS Cell), Ludhiana by 25 November 2025.
- Applications received after 1700 hours on 25 November 2025 will not be accepted.
