Selection Process
- Selection will be made based on merit list prepared banking outlet wise.
- Merit will be based on percentage of marks obtained in Graduation.
- The Bank reserves the right to conduct Assessment/Online Test/Group Discussion/Interview.
Pay Scale
- As per deputation/foreign service terms – Candidate may opt to draw pay in IPPB scale or parent cadre with deputation allowance plus applicable allowances.
Job Profile
- Assistant Manager: Manage and analyze MIS data, conduct field visits, organize business camps, and assist end users in operations and technology support.
- Junior Associate: Develop and manage relationships with partners, drive sales, onboard business correspondents, organize sales campaigns, and cross-sell banking products.
