- Head: Learning & Development (Contract): Up to 62 Years
- Senior Tax Officer (Contract): Up to 62 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Eligibility
- Deputy General Manager (Credit Monitoring / Sustainable Finance): CA / MBA / PGDM / PGDBM
- Assistant General Manager (Credit): Graduate + CA / CMA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Assistant Manager (Audit): Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Assistant Manager (Learning & Development): MBA / PGDM / PGDBM
- Chief Information Security Officer: BE/BTech in CS/IT/Electronics or MCA
- Head (Learning & Development): CA / CMA / CS / MBA / Postgraduate in any discipline
- Senior Tax Officer: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Pay Scale
- Deputy General Manager (Scale-VI): Rs. 1,40,500 – 1,56,500/-
- Assistant General Manager (Scale-V): Rs. 1,20,940 – 1,35,020/-
- Assistant Manager (Scale-I): Rs. 48,480 – 85,920/-
- Overall Salary Range: Rs. 85,920 – 1,56,500/- plus allowances
