- Download the application form from the website.
- Fill the application form carefully.
- Attach self-attested documents: Age proof, Education certificates, PMC registration, Caste certificate, NHM experience, TC, etc.
- Attach Demand Draft as per category.
- Send the application via Post/Courier only to ZP Parbhani office before 01 December 2025 (6:15 PM).
- Envelope should clearly mention: “Lab Technician NHM BPHU Parbhani 2025-26”
- Applications submitted by hand will not be accepted.
