- Break in Service: Must provide valid justification.

Pay Scale (Honorarium Per Day)
- Level VIII (25+ years experience): Rs. 8,000/- + Rs. 1,200 food allowance
- Level VII (20–25 years): Rs. 7,000/- + Rs. 1,000 food allowance
- Level VI (15–20 years): Rs. 6,000/- + Rs. 900 food allowance
- Level V (10–15 years): Rs. 4,500/- + Rs. 800 food allowance
- Level IV (5–10 years): Rs. 3,500/- + Rs. 700 food allowance
- Level III (Master Craftsman – 10+ years): Rs. 3,000/- + Rs. 700 food allowance
- Level II (Co-Faculty – Up to 5 years): Rs. 3,000/- + Rs. 700 food allowance
- Level I (Artisan/Craftsman – Up to 10 years): Rs. 1,500/- + Rs. 700 food allowance
