Application Fee
- General / OBC-NCL / EWS: Rs. 500 + Rs. 500 Application Fee
- SC / ST / PwBD / Female: Rs. 500 Registration Fee Only (No Application Fee)
Age Limit
- Age limit as per institute rules
- Candidates who have served as Adhoc Faculty for about 5 semesters at NITC are not eligible
Eligibility
- Ph.D. in relevant subject
- First class in both UG and PG level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA, if not specified)
- Candidates who have defended Ph.D. or submitted thesis in academic year 2025-26 can also apply

Pay Scale
- ₹70,000/- per month (Ph.D.)
- ₹58,000/- per month (Ph.D. Thesis Submitted / PG)
- No enhancement of remuneration during the term
- No additional allowances applicable
