- Preference: Territorial Army service (2 years) / NCC ‘B’ or ‘C’ certificate.
- Domicile: Uttarakhand OR completed qualifying education from Uttarakhand.

- ₹9,300 – ₹34,800 + Grade Pay ₹4,200 (Pay Level-6, approx. ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400 per month including allowances).
